Return & Refund

Your satisfaction is very very important to us. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to hear your feedbacks and we are here to help. We offer free refund within 30 days of purchase. You can get a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Read the return policy form (included in the package) carefully and make sure the items meet the requirements
  2. Re-pack the items with original tags, packing list and filled in refund form
  3. Ship the items back to the address indicated in the return form

Please kindly note:

  • Shipping fee of item return back to our warehouse shall be shouldered by the customer.  
  • Refunded amount will be reverted to the credit/debit card account used to purchase the online order. 
  • The process of refund begins when we receive the item/s in our warehouse.  
  • Refund takes up to 14 business days to be processed. However, the timeline may depend on your credit/debit card company's policy.  

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@gin-shopping.com and send your item to: La Combe 73, 1922 Salvan, Switzerland.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Gin-Shopping, La Combe 73, 1922 Salvan, Switzerland.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
